            My name is Joe Van Delden and ever since I was 13 I had an interest in freestyle I wasn’t that great of a rider back than I just would do small stuff than when I was 14 I took off doing things that no other 14 year old would do and I got into the freestyle scene pretty fast and got good extremely fast.  Now that I’m 15 I want to make freestyle a career but in order to that I need to get sponsors to send me to comps because Washington is not that big in freestyle as in there are no comps or events here.  I’ll have my ramp out in my field before July or right at the beginning of July so I can practice with the right hang time right now I practice on a dirt hit only about 25 – 30 feet long and about 9 feet high but I am doing most of the big tricks on it so with the right air I could do better extensions than most riders because I can get out into the trick to a full extension in an instant.
