I got started in motoctoss when my dad passed away when I was six years old. My mom thought that I needed somthing to get my mind off of the situation and boost my confidence. it came down to motocross or gocart racing. I went with motocross and got a KLX 110 for my tenth B-day. Loved it ever since.
My goal for the future is to move up to the 250f's and to compete at mammoth next year. (2008).
My most embarrissing moment would have to be when I first started riding tracks on my KLX 110. I was riding at Lake Elsinore MX Park and I was going over the table top at the front of the track and my mom ran out to the sideline area and started flaging me down because the icecream truck had come and she wanted to know if I wanted anything. Well, i saw her start flagging me down, so instead of staying focused on riding or just pulling of the track to see what she wanted I focused on her and kept the gas pinned into the turn. I launched off the burm and landed on a fence. The guy who came over to help me up couldn't stop laughing. Haha....I was pretty frustrated then but now I laugh about it all the time with my mom.
Linkin Park
In the future I would like to go pro...maybe. I did get a late start but think I could go for pro around 18 years old. If I dont go pro, I would like to race in the championship offroad series with the trophy trucks if i can.
Some competitive highlights would be the triple crown 07. Im doing pretty good so far, I did crash at the first race, so that put back behind in the point standings a little bit, but I plan to do better at star west.
I placed a lot better at Starwest for the second stop in the triplecrown
The thrid race at Perris Raceway was really hard. It was right after the major rain so the dirt was super wet, and it had a lot of deep ruts. It was a lot for me to handle on my little 85. My overall for the whole series was 8th. I can't wait until next year because I will be able to race my 250 at the Triplecrown.
