Williams First Win.
Today at Santa Clara PAL, William my youngest son, stepped up and pulled off his first win ever. After taking 4 months off and not really riding Bmx until last week when we could afford to renew his ABA membership, Willy went out in his first race in over 5 months and came in 1st place. We are so proud of Willy, going out and racing hard for the win.

Pushing My Body Very Hard.
Since being cleared to begin riding and racing in early July, I have been training and pushing my body so hard to return to my pre-crash / injury performance levels. I have been able to compete in six races so far and have improved both my speed and bike control and only failed to make the main once. I am looking forward to the rest of the season and what it could and will bring. I have broken many things on my body in my 46 years, but I have never broken my spirit or my will to compete. To this day, I still believe in and follow my US Army Infantry motto - F.I.D.O.
